Meet the Team!
Meet the Wonderful Faces (and Paws) Behind
Paws for Thought
At the heart of what we do are our incredible animal companions and the dedicated professionals who guide us. They bring a wealth of personal experience and expertise to understanding the unique bond between humans and animals. Let us introduce you to our amazing team:
Tia - "Director of Fun" 🐶: Don't let her one eye fool you – Tia sees the world with twice the enthusiasm! This whirlwind of energy and love is always up for a game, a walk, or, even better, a snuggle on the sofa. Tia embodies resilience and joy, reminding us that even with unique challenges, every creature deserves endless fun and affection. Her playful spirit is infectious, and she's often the first to greet newcomers with a wagging tail and a happy bark.
Jaffa - "Head of Anxiety" 🐶: Our sweet Jaffa holds a special place in our hearts. As our resident anxiety expert, he understands firsthand the struggles that many dogs face. Jaffa's journey with anxiety, which unfortunately manifests as reactivity towards other dogs, is a constant reminder that progress takes time, patience, and consistent hard work. We're dedicated to providing him with the support and training he needs to navigate the world with more confidence, and he inspires us daily with his small victories. Jaffa proves that even with significant challenges, a loving environment and dedicated effort can make a real difference.
Loki - "Minister of Mischief" 🐱: Don't let the "Minister of Mischief" title fool you entirely – Loki is also our incredibly punctual office timekeeper! This unique feline, who often acts more like a dog than a cat (a trait likely developed from growing up around a canine companion back in Australia), ensures everyone knows when it's feeding time with his insistent meows and strategic leg rubs. While he certainly has his moments of playful chaos, Loki brings a comforting presence and a touch of feline charm to our daily routines, reminding us that every animal has their own distinct personality.
Dr. Isabella 👩⚕️: Our Compassionate Behaviour Vet. Holding a BVSc, MRCVS, and a PgDip (CAB), Dr. Isabella combines 8 years of clinical experience (including 5 in Hong Kong) with her personal understanding of owning a reactive and anxious dog. Her dedication to evidence-based behaviour modification helps families create happier lives for them and their pets.
