Just like humans, dogs and cats can suffer from mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders and other emotional disorders. You're not alone if you've noticed changes in your pet's behaviour. Many pet owners face similar challenges, with some studies showing that up to 1 in 5 dogs suffer from anxiety. Our veterinary behaviour services are designed to help you understand and address your pet's emotional well-being.
Our experienced behaviour veterinarian is here to help. We offer comprehensive behaviour consultations throughout Hong Kong. Whether your pet is struggling with separation anxiety, fear, aggression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, or cognitive dysfunction, we're equipped to provide tailored solutions. Our consultations can be conducted at our clinic, in the comfort of your home, or even virtually.
Refer to the following list to explore the most common issues we see in dogs and cats respectively.

Service Descriptions
-
In-clinic Consultations
60-minute consultation: A comprehensive assessment of your pet's behavior, including a detailed history and physical examination. We'll develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include behavioral modification techniques, medication recommendations, or referrals to other specialists.
90-minute consultation: Ideal for complex cases or pets with multiple behavioral issues. This extended session allows for in-depth analysis and a more tailored treatment plan.
-
Home Visits
For pets that are anxious or fearful of the veterinary environment or when specific home-related behaviors need to be addressed.
Home visits provide the opportunity to observe your pet in their natural setting and offer tailored advice on managing their behavior. Minimum time is 90 minutes per session. -
Online Consultations
A convenient option for clients who live far away or have difficulty bringing their pet to the clinic. Online consultations involve a video or phone call to discuss your pet's behavior and receive guidance on potential solutions.
This is a good first step, but in order to do a full assessment, we would need to follow-up with a home visit or in-clinic consultation.
